Send a takedown notice

Email our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are (or are authorized to act for) the copyright owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

We act expeditiously on valid notices: the material is removed or disabled, and the site owner is notified with a copy of your notice.

Warning: knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing exposes you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent including: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was mistaken; your name, address, and phone/email; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or Clark County, Nevada if outside the US); and your signature. Unless the complainant files a court action, removed material is restored in 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe (three substantiated notices within 12 months) are terminated.
